If you’re going out for tapas in Seville, Eslava is a must. Innovative recipes come together with classical gastronomy to make for unforgettable tapas.

If you’re in the San Lorenzo neighbourhood looking to try some of the best tapas in Seville, you need look no further. Modernity and tradition come together on our tapas menu.

Amongst our selection of tapas you’ll find our Slow-cooked egg served on boletus cake with caramelized wine reduction (First Prize “Sevilla en Boca de Todos” 2010) and our Mixed cheese emulsion, tomato bread, anchovies and green olives from Aljarafe (Second Prize “Sevilla en Boca de Todos” 2011) which we presented at the Fórum Gastronómico de Santiago in 2012. But you’ll also find more classical options including our homemade croquettes, grilled razor clams and traditional stews.

Seasonal cooking served as tapas, medias raciones (half portions) and raciones (full portions) at both lunch and dinner time. Serious cooking in an informal atmosphere. And let’s not forget our homemade desserts for those of you with a sweet tooth: Chocolate cake with orange essence, our famous Old cheese icecream and Sokoa… or even one of our large selection of teas.

If we’ve awakened your curiosity, take a look of our tapas menu.
